Manager/ Host) – Experience (3-5 years)
• Ensure Best customer service
• Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including scheduling, and evaluations.
• Place orders, assess inventory, and organize stores.
• Maintain the facility, including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Be responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding, and company standards.
• Interact with guest to gather formal & informal feedback
• Responsible even for maintaining the restaurant exteriors including the outdoor signages & lawn.
• Maintain incident logs and report all significant occurring to management
• Train & motivate employees to achieve sales targets
